Shipping & Delivery
All packages get shipped via FedEx or USPS and get sent within 2 days of ordering. It usually takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive (for domestic orders). Any 'Free Shipping' items will ship via the least expensive option available, at our discretion. We reserve the right to alter shipping charges if necessary, but will contact you immediately before making any changes.
Privacy & Security
We hate spam just as much as you. No user information gets shared or sold to anybody, ever. Period. Our website uses 256-bit SLL encryption for any exchange of information so you can be assured that your information is safe and secure.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt of your order. Sorry, but we can not accept returns on used equipment. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

Eskimo accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you are in the Denver/Centennial area, you can pay online and pick up in store.
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee prices or availability. If for any reason we must change or are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately before making any changes.
Viewing Orders
To view the status of your order, click 'My Account' at the top-right corner of your page and log in with your user name and password. Next, click on 'My Orders' to the left and you'll be able to see all orders you've placed with us.
