- Do I have to buy a demo if I participate in the demo program?
- No, the demo program allows you to test demo's for 4 different days and if you do decide to purchase a ski or board the demo fee will be applied to the purchase.

- How fast can I get a tune/repair finished?
- We try our best to work with your schedule to get them done whenever you need it. We can usually get them done within 1-2 days depending on how damaged the equipment is. We do however ask that you pick them up after 5pm the day they are due, unless we have told you otherwise. You can always call 303-761-1101 and check the status of your gear. Remember, if we are working on your ski bindings we need one of your boots as well.
- When do I pick up/return my daily rentals?
- You can pick up your equipment the day before you go and then bring it back the day after before 2 pm. This has been and always will be Eskimo's policy, we do not feel like you should leave early and rush home just to return your equipment the same day you rented it.
- Do you carry more than what's on your website?
- Yes, we have highlighted a few items in each department and are in the process of expanding the new website. Feel free to come in or call if you are looking for something in particular. We are more than happy to help!
- What is the Eskimo Club?
- Since 1940, the Eskimo Club has provided excellent instruction and transportation to Winter Park for kids who want to learn to ski and snowboard. Thousands of children have become proficient skiers and riders in the fun environment of the Eskimo Ski and Board Club. This program also cultivates independence, self-reliance and time management skills as some of its many benefits. Members range from nine to seventeen years old.
- The Eskimo Club is an accredited PSIA/AASI ski & board school. Their skilled and friendly instructors are dedicated to children, skiing and boarding. Some are previous Club members who have returned to join our enthusiastic staff. We emphasize safety throughout the program.

- As long as we carry the brand we can always special order items if they still have the item in stock.
Learn to Ski and Board
The Eskimo Club has been a Denver tradition since 1939. Kids from 9 to 17 years old can take a supervised bus to Winter Park every Saturday and learn to ski and board. Don't want lessons? You can also just hop a ride up to the mountain. Kids- Now your parents don't have an excuse to keep you off the mountain!
